Job Description:

As a BDR at LinenTech, you will focus on expanding our customer base and building new business opportunities in the commercial laundry and textile services sectors. This role requires a blend of market research, consultative selling, and SaaS product knowledge, allowing you to spot growth opportunities, initiate conversations with key stakeholders, and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel.

You will play a vital role in mapping industry-specific challenges (such as linen loss, manual inventory inefficiencies, and lack of real-time tracking) to LinenTech’s robust software solutions and positioning our product suite as the ideal technological partner.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze target markets (commercial laundries, linen rental, hospitality, healthcare, gyms, etc.) to identify new business opportunities and potential strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry-specific channels
  • Understand the key pain points and operational challenges of prospects and effectively position LinenTech’s technical solutions—such as RFID-based inventory management, cloud automation, and logistics optimization—as tailored answers to their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and C-level executives in target organizations.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and align messaging with evolving market needs.
  • Maintain and update a database of qualified leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, RFID, automation in laundry management) to identify untapped market segments and partnership possibilities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and virtual networking opportunities to foster new relationships and promote LinenTech’s value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets for new qualified opportunities, meetings set, and market expansion goals.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or B2B SaaS environments (ERP, supply chain, inventory, or operations management software preferred).
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in mid-to-enterprise level accounts.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate features like RFID integration, SaaS platform capabilities, cloud deployment, mobile inventory management, and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), lead prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent analytical skills; ability to independently perform market research and opportunity analysis.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field required. MBA is a plus.
