As we expand, we're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and fuel our sales pipeline.

Job Description:

As an SDR at LinenTech, you'll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying high-quality leads for our Enterprise Sales team. You’ll use a combination of data-driven outreach, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to engage prospects across multiple channels.

You’ll be expected to quickly understand our platform’s technical capabilities and translate these into business value for prospective customers.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential customers in the commercial laundry, linen rental, and related industries
  • Reach out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels to introduce LinenTech solutions.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos for the Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS or technology sales)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
