Do we need to install the software on our local machine?

No. Linen Tech is a completely web based software. You can access it from anywhere as long as you have internet access.

Can the software be integrated with a weight scale?

Yes, you can easily integrate the software with any external weight scale as long as it is connected to your system via USB or Serial Port

Does Linen Tech Support RFID system for inventory management?

Currently the inventory management is only handled by manual entries into the system. RFID is not currently supported.

Does this software cover Linen Rentals (Linen Hire) business as well?

Yes, whether your laundry processes customer owned goods or does linen rentals or a combination of both Linen Tech covers it all.

Is the accounting data generated through Linen Tech exportable to other accounting software?

Our invoices and various other accounting reports can be imported to most commonly used accounting software like Quickbooks etc.

Does your software integrate with any of the tunnel wash solutions or dryers to track the progress of customer items through the laundry?

No. Our software does not integrate with any machines like washers, dryers ironers etc.

Does Linen Tech have a customer portal where the laundry customers can access their reports and place orders.

Yes, you can give your customers limited access to any reports of your choice. You can also allow them place orders through the customer portal.

Does Linen Tech have a Mobile Application?

Yes, Linen Tech does have a mobile application that gives you access to all your key laundry reports and data.

Does the software have different user access levels.

Yes the software has different access levels for management, production employees and drivers.

Initial Setup Process and Pricing

What is your monthly subscription cost?

We are one of the most affordable software in the industry with feature based pricing. You only pay for what you use. After one month free trial you will provide us with the list of features and reports you are interested in using and we will provide you with a quote.

Is there an initial setup cost?

There is no initial setup cost for the software.

Is there an extensive computer hardware cost involved at start up?

Linen Tech is a completely web based software. All you need is a computer or tablet with internet connection. You will need receipt printer for printing cart tickets and also a printer for printing your delivery manifests and invoices( You do have the option to email delivery manifests and invoices instead of sending a hard copy)

How will you setup our account?

We will need your customer, items and pricing structure data in any format of your choice. We will provide you with a sample data sheet. Once we receive that information we can have you up and running within a few hours.

We have 24/7 customer and technical support available.

Where is your customer support based?

Our customer support is based in Myrtle Beach, SC.

How will you train our employees on using Linen Tech?

Linen Tech is one of the most intuitive and easy to use software that could be learned in a couple of days time of using it. We have options for online training and the software also comes with an extensive help video library that provides assistance in using every feature of the software.
